Shambrion Treadwell is an innovative education leader and the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Do & Be Arts Academy of Excellence<\/em> (DBAE), a tuition-free public charter school launching in North Las Vegas in August 2025. With a Master of Education and a deep commitment to equity in education, Treadwell leads DBAE with a mission to deliver arts-integrated, project-based learning that fosters creativity, critical thinking, and academic excellence for students in grades K\u20138.<\/p>\n

Under her leadership, DBAE is positioned to serve communities across ZIP codes 89030, 89031, 89032, and 89108, offering a transformative curriculum that merges rigorous academics with high-quality performing arts education.<\/p>\n

Shambrion Treadwell is a passionate advocate for charter school funding and educational innovation. She has been featured in local media outlets such as Channel 8 News for her leadership in driving solutions for accessible, creative learning environments. Her initiative, Operation 222<\/em>, is an active fundraising campaign that aims to raise $222,222 to support classroom enhancements, professional development, and arts programming.<\/p>\n
